We arrived in Cretan Villa and the host, Manos was very kind and welcoming. He gave us a lot of suggestions as far as where to go and where to dine. Everything was great! The place is suitable for couples, single travelers and also families with children. The pool is amazing, good for all ages and the internet is very good for work, video calls, streaming. Near the place is a great traditional taverna and you can walk to Ierapetra town in a few minutes. The apartment we stayed in had everything we needed. It also has parking and the host is amazing! She waited us with a cold bottle of water in the fridge, juice and breakfast. We had a great stay and we highly recommend!

Truly great pleace! I wanted to stay at this hotel so bad, I didnt mind booking one room for 5 days and the other one for 4. That other room is Suit with jakuzzi on 4th floor and WORTH EVERY PENNY! That view is everything. My advice, book half board, meals are great, so many dishes on the menu. Next great thing about this place, staff. Both, restaurant and the reception, cleaning staff also. Such a lovely charming people, really made us feel welcomed. I never remember names, but girl at the reception, so wonderful, as if love and joy would be a person, with such a sincere smile that can make your day.

We had a wonderful 7-night stay at the Koutsounari Traditional Cottages, it couldn't have been more perfect! The cottages are managed by Ioanna, a charming host who runs the property with love and dedication. She warmly welcomed us, serving homemade lemonade during check-in while providing us with a list of recommendations for eating out and sightseeing in the area. We tried almost all the tavernas she suggested and enjoyed each one of them. The cottage, exemplifying traditional local architecture, has been beautifully restored with attention to every detail. It offers everything you need, including comfortable beds, a small but well-equipped kitchen, and even a lovely set of welcoming gifts and complimentary Korres toiletries in the bathroom. The highlight is the stunning private terrace that overlooks the Libyan Sea, making you want to stay there forever! If you appreciate local tradition and seek a more unique and sustainable experience compared to a typical hotel room, you will likely love this super charming accommodation as much as we did. We loved everything! Dimitri was so kind and his recommendations were excellent! Impeccable view from our balcony. The parking is a bit tricky as the whole establishment is on the hill but we had Dimitri guiding us.
