We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The rooftop terrace had a nice view over Flores. And the restaurant and bakery that are part of the hotel are also great

Plenty of options for breakfast, specially the guatemalan breakfast was amazing. All the staff was very nice and ready to help us, even gave us some recommendations. The pool was comforting as the hotel was not fully booked during our stay, we had a lovely view of the sunset from the restaurant.

This charming hotel is located in northern Guatemala’s Petén Jungle, on the shores of Lake Petén. It offers fantastic trips to the Mayan Ruins of the Tikal National Park.

The whole property is so well maintained, absolutely stunning location. Staff were exceptional. Food was delicious. Extremely clean and had an amazing stay. Will definitely come back!

The room was perfect. The bed was comfortable and there was a lot of storing space for clothes. The AC was much needed and theirs worked great. The shared bathroom was really clean and well maintained. Almost felt like a private bathroom. The shared kitchen was clean and easy to use. The rooftop terrace was amazing and had the best view on the sunset. The family running the place was also very nice.

Hotel Villa del Lago is located on the island of Flores, right on Lake Peten Itza. It features excellent lake views, in addition to free WiFi.

it was a short but very pleasant stay: after a long bus trip we were glad to be able to access our room earlier. Ve had a direct view to the lake, incl. a little terrace and right in front of our door there was a nice big all-guests-terrace. As we left at 5 am. next day, we got a breakfast box to take along, vegetarian wasn't any problem...
