This hotel has very polite staff at reception and the restaurant. I forgot to authorise my bank to allow me to use my card internationally, and so I needed some time to arrange this. The staff understood and allowed me to settle my bill upon out. The restaurant staff made me feel welcomed and took the time to chat with me. The hotel is visually very warm and cosy and my room was quiet. This was the second time I have stayed here because I had a similar experience the first time.

The pool on the roof top was amazing, the view from up there spectacular. Good gym with everything you need. We stayed in a family room, 2 adults and 2 kids, very spacious and nice. The breakfast buffé was one of the best we’ve had, really great! Service was excellent, very friendly and helpful staff. Perfectly situated close to the AirPort. We had a early morning flight to catch, it took only 15 min to get to the AirPort. Highly recommended.

All the rooms are nice sized apartments with a nice kitchen area. Location is perfect, next to the best dining, shopping and bar area in Guat city. Beautiful hard wood floors and furnishings. Staff polite and helpful. I speak Spanish but i think they all spoke English. There is a balcony in the bedroom and dining area. There is a nice restaurant and the hotel is very quiet.

When you enter through a small door, prepare yourself to be transported to another place and time. In this innovative Hotel-Museum-Spa, every traveler will enjoy a comfortable stay.

A wonderful hotel that is part of a charity so the profits go to good causes. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly. It's in a quiet location on the edge of the centre. This has the positive that it's quiet and is only a 5 minute walk to the main square. The restaurant next door is also good and is only open until 9pm which helps keep evening noise down.
