We stayed at Disney Explorers Lodge for 2 nights—our first time at a Disneyland hotel—and it was exactly what we expected from the Disney experience: fun, a bit chaotic, and full of energy. The hotel itself is themed beautifully, with lots of charming details, and it’s perfect if you want to be close to the park. The complimentary shuttle made getting to the gates easy and quick. We mainly booked the character breakfast for the photo opportunities, and it delivered! Just keep in mind, the atmosphere is lively, loud, and not particularly relaxing—more about fun than calm. That said, the variety of food was impressive, and even after two days, we hadn't tried everything. The room cleaning was excellent and done discreetly, which we appreciated. If you're planning to spend your days in the park and want that full Disney immersion (plus guaranteed character photos), this is absolutely the right hotel. Three days felt like the perfect amount of time.

We had a very positive experience at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy, and quiet, which allowed for a good rest. The Wi-Fi connection was also strong and fast, which was appreciated. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We would happily return here on our next visit.

    I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a harbour view and honestly it was incredible and after a long week of work and travel waking up to that harbour view was so relaxing. The bed was super comfy and nothing was too much trouble for the staff, from the pillow menu, additional water delivered to the room without question or charge.

    Staff very friendly. Located 2 minutes from East TST MTR or 12 minute walk underground to TST metro. Slightly dated hotel but service very good. Made our anniversary very pleasant with some lovely gifts.

    The hotel is fantastic, looking out onto the harbour, the views are totally stunning. We were on 27th Floor with an upgraded room and looking out onto the harbour. Staff were really attentive. The housekeeper that tended our room was really lovely. Pool is on 20th Floor which is a roof top infinity pool. This was nice but a bit impersonal.

    Everything was excellent. We celebrated my girlfriend's birthday, my girlfriend got a birthday card and also a free bottle of wine. Kaybe from reception was so kind and made us very welcomed. She is great. We enjoyed the afternoon tea and had tried all evening drinks 🍸 we loved breakfast too. We comeback if we are in Hong Kong again. Money was very well spent.

    hotel front office staff was considerate that they free upgraded us to executive suite due to my girlfriend’s birthday. Also, their service are customer-oriented that they helped me to keep the birthday cake in a suitable temperature. We were satisfied about the service they provided.
