We had a truly lovely stay at this hotel. The building has a cosy and historical ambiance to it, and the rooms are very comfortable and modern. Having breakfast in the glasshouse restaurant was the icing on the cake, surrounded by a green garden. The location is perfect - close to everything you may need but also in a quieter part of the old town (although we did visit during October, so at low season). Last but not least, the employees were wonderful providing helpful service. We’ll for sure stay here again if we come back to Zadar.

The ladies at the desk were so friendly, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The facilities were so clean and high quality, the location was ideal right by the sea and the supermarket. Some lovely local restaurants as well. Only a short spin into Zadar old town and reasonable from airport. Would definitely come back again!

The apartment was very nice and clean with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, excellent and very clean swimming pool. Very welcoming owner who ensured that we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

-Very charming place . -The owner was very helpful about any question I had ( and I had many questions about things in the area , like restaurants and supermarkets etc ) -perfect location close to the central bus station and walking distance to the old town. -liked the variety of soaps and shampoos in the shower.
