We chose Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan for our 4D3N Stay in Bintan. Naturally we expected impeccable service standards from the resort and not only did they delivered, they far exceeded our expectations in all areas. Was one of the most rejuvenating and rewarding vacation we had thus far. 5 Star review definitely isn't enough. Would like to particularly compliment a staff of the restaurant we only know him by his nametag "Trainee" being very conscientious and always checking to ensure everything's fine for us, he made every dining in an extraordinary one. This would be our accommodation of choice for future visits!

We are highly recommending this property for many reasons. Staff, Villa, location, breakfast, food, hospitality, kindness. We really couldn't ask for more. Despite the weather we had a perfect holiday.

The property is clean and it has variety of activities. Spa, swimming pool is huge and amazing. It also has a kids club. The 3 properties Banyan Tree, Angsana and Cassia are interconnected so we can choose from an array of restaurants. The people working provided exceptional hospitality. Specially Tata who served us at reception. And at the Lotus cafe the lady was so lovely to provide us with egg free pastries on request. Vegetarian options are basic but its all good quality of food. The hotel rooms had exceptional view. All in all we wished we stayed anothet night.

The property is beautiful, very well taken care of. We especially loved the big pool, and the picturesque beach with many hammocks and spots to rest. The service is great and super-friendly. We also recommend paying a visit to Kelong restaurant - excellent food and views. In the forest we could spot many animals, even wild monkeys.
