The hotel is sublime, clean and very quiet and the service is impeccable. We stayed there to get some rest after a scooter accident and all the staff were so caring with us. At the reception, at the restaurant, at the spa… we got so much kindness from everybody ! A very special thank you to Indri and her colleagues at the reception for all the help during our stay, whether it be to get the directions to the hospital, the pharmacy, to bring ice packs to our room or to organise the rest of our trip… They have been amazing. 🙏🏼❤️

We're used to staying in hostels/ homestays while we travel and this is by far the best place we've been for a similar price. The room was spacious, sparkling clean and beds were super comfortable. Staff were lovely! Particularly Fajar from security who was incredibly helpful and so friendly, he went out of his way to help us and had plenty of recommendations. Great location too, only a 10 min grab to the nearby malls and a good location for getting to Bromo too. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Batu was fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The spa was a true highlight, offering an amazing retreat with its hot and cold jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. Although the pool was quite cold, it was still a great spot to relax as well as the breakfast is good and varied breakfast . I would definitely choose this hotel for another stay.
