Everything was exceptional. We booked a villa with private pool, the room was impressive! Spacious, clean, luxurious and comfortable. The staff really do cater to your every need from entrance drinks on arrival right through to your check out. During our trip we also stayed at the Kempinski “Balis number 1 resort” but we believe the Kempinski has a lot to learn from Goya and their service and facilities. Goya is by far our number 1 resort in Bali. We will be back with family and friends to see you again. Thankyou Goya team.

100% will stay here again. The property is beautiful, the deep tissue massage was one of the best massages I’ve had, the breakfast was great, and the service was wonderful. The pool is really well designed and was nice to relax in each day. I stayed here for 5 nights and could not be happier. The hotel is centrally located and has very good WiFi.

Close to everything, depending on what you want to see, hire a driver and see everything. Will save you time and hassle. Even though I was sick on the last day of my trip, no fault of anyone but myself. The hotel sorted a doctor to come to my room and administer IV drip. This hotel is 5 star in all ways. The staff are so friendly and customer service is superb.

I loved everything about my stay at Sri Ratih Cottages. My suite, with both indoor/outdoor showers, was huge, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed mattress, pillows, and linen were in great condition. All the staff I encountered were so warm and friendly. I had 2 massages at the hotel spa and they were fabulous! Loved the pool and lush gardens. The breakfast choices were plentiful. I've been to Bali 10 times now and have stayed in many wonderful accommodations. But now, Sri Ratih Cottages will be the place I return to when I come to Ubud. Can't wait to return!

Not sure there’s enough room to say how wonderful everything was. We would highly recommend the in Villa Massages and the Private Evening Seafood Meal that was prepared and served to us in our Villa. The breakfasts were always freshly prepared and arrived on time. They also organised a full day and a half day tour for us, we had the same driver on both occasions who spoke great English and was very happy to accommodate our whims. All the staff were AMAZING, always happy to help with a smile. Would highly recommend the private Villa with its own pool, a really special place. 😊

We spent 3 nights here, location is perfect loadssss of restaurants nearby & easy bike/taxi journey to all the Ubud attractions. Kadek & her family are so lovely and helpful, even had breakfast bought to our room every morning - defo recommend the banana pancakes. Thank you!!
