We were so happy with our stay. Had a family room with sea view. Perfectly planned with 2 bedrooms. All communications with the hotel have worked super good. Staff very kind. We could not enjoy their breakfast due to our early leave but they arranged perfect boxes for us to go. We are so grateful for how well they treated us. We will for sure come back. Just a 3 min walk from the train station. Restaurants just out on the street. Also a couple of smaller super markets for basic purchases.

Very friendly and helpful staff ( reception, cleaner, breakfast team). Very delicious breakfast. Unfortunately we stayed only 1 night and didn't have time to enjoy the facility ( pool, etc)

I was attending a wedding at the hotel over the weekend. It was wonderful from start to finish. Everything was well organised and I checked into my room quickly with no delays. The food, the venue, everything was great. The staff exceeded all expectations. I misplaced something during the night and Brian who was overseeing the event went above and beyond to help me. I can’t thank him enough. 5 star service

This place was a palace! Enormous rooms (Big for North America, gargantuan for Ireland). Clean, *free cookies*, balcony. Leather wing-back chairs in the bar. The staff treated us like royalty. After we got lost on the way there, the concierge offered to come find us in the dark after give me his personal mobile number! Above and beyond... I could get used to this. I'm guessing this place normally sells for a lot more than we paid, but we booked at about 10 pm the night of owing to running out of our previous hotel which appeared to be unsanitary. Still, maybe if you need the same kind of last-minute accommodations in Cork, you can get the same deal.

Good, clean room. Friendly staff. Pool was nice and clean. Excellent location, 10 mins from Cork town center, 10 mins from Fota zoo.

We really liked the attitude towards our beloved dog, there was a sleeping place for the dog in the room, a soft blanket, bowls and gifts, she ate meat sticks with pleasure, a ball, water, bags, it was incredibly nice, our dog felt great! and we decided that she would come again and not just once. Thank you very much 👌🙏❤️

Wow what a place. Super helpful upon check-in, we had been delayed by storms in London and they made sure our process was speedy, called the restaurant we had booked ahead of our reservation to warn them we may be a little late, and sorted our taxi ahead of time. We made my wife’s birthday dinner and it was all down to Hayfields staff. Our suite was immaculate, the breakfast was delicious. We would stay nowhere else when repeat visiting Cork as we do.
