All the staff were excellent. Specially the restaurant staff were very cordial, attentive and helpful. Sushant, Karim, Fahad,Manish,Deepa to name few who were very nice to us. Biplane at the lobby is very good and helpful. Staff at the Friday’s restaurant are also very good.

We felt very much at home during our entire stay (25-31.01.2025) at the Taj Deccan Hyderabad. The hotel staff knew how to make us feel very comfortable and relaxed with their friendly, professional and personalized service. This applies to all levels of the hotel, e.g. reception, concierge, restaurant, kitchen, room cleaning, pool, bar, etc. It was extremely impressive for us to personally experience the positivity, friendliness, openess and ease with which the staff managed to fulfill our every wish. We were particularly impressed by the individual, friendly and accommodating service provided by the restaurant staff and cooks to fulfill our special wishes regarding food. In addition, we would like to particularly highlight the friendly, extremely professional and patient support of concierge) in organizing some personal things without sparing any time, effort and energy. Overall, the Taj Deccan Hyderabad really made us feel very comfortable and at at home every moment of our stay.
