First Class customer service at this amazing Hotel! From the first minute, everyone from the front desk manager, the manager, every single employee welcomed us and made a great effort to make our stay the best experience! We had a very pleasant stay, our room was big and very clean, we had an amazing breakfast while overlooking from the luxurious decorated lounge the port and the sea. We were there to walk Italia Coast 2 Coast, it was right at the start of the trail, and all of us in our group of 9 stayed there. We had dinner in the hotel as well, which was very good. All in all a fun stay.
