This is the true definition of a boutique hotel - small, personal, great service. I loved the art theme throughout and especially my Edward Hopper themed room. It's perfectly located for exploring either the lower or upper town of Bergamo, and the security is excellent, as are the facilities - first time I've ever received an explanation of how to use the shower (although I could have used it in other hotels). The Culti toiletries were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was stunningly good - an amazing variety of everything, including many healthy options. The most impressive thing about the hotel was the staff, especially the manager, Francesco, and the front desk clerk Rebecca. The maid was also incredibly hard-working and observant and managed to clean my room thoroughly while I was at breakfast.

The location of the room is excellent - very easily accessible from train station and a stone throw away from the old city. The room's facilities were excellent - very clean and very modern. Impressive system of light controls! Also a very impressive and efficient self automated check in - as long as you follow the very informative video send by the host, there is no problem in getting in. If only all rentals had this system!

Location of the hotel is perfect you can access the citti alta in 15 mins by walk. The staffs are very hospitable,the room is very clean. We like the breakfast.

La Maison is situated in the downtown, exactly as it is pointed in the description. The room and the shared bathroom were very clean, and the double bed was really comfortable. From La Maison to the historical old town of Bergamo, you can enjoy a picturesque walk. The host Beatrice was extremely polite and responsive, and she gave us extra information on gelateria and pizza osteria. I recommend the place if you want to get the most of Bergamo, especially for a short stay. After the left corner, there is a wonderful bakery (Heidi & Peter). The cafe on the left is also fantastic. Thank U, Beatrice, for your hospitality!

The staff was super friendly, the room was very large, the room was very comfortable, it is very well located. The restaurant was under renovation, we couldn't enjoy it, so we will definitely come back to try their delicious food!
