Even though I stayed only for one night, I can strongly recommend this hotel. It's quite close to the city centre, the staff is extremely nice and helpful, while the room was quiet and comfortable. The parking is free and very close to the hotel.

Great location for a bus traveller yet within walking distance of all the sites. A very clean, comfortable room with hot drink making facilities and very welcoming staff. Good range of breakfast choices in a bright cheery room. The Information centre is close by and extremely helpful.

The host was friendly, spoke good English, and extremely helpful. The apartment had aircon which was refreshing in the Italian summer heat. The host laid on a comprehensive Italian breakfast, with great service. He was also helpful in directions around Gubbio to places we wanted to visit, and a good restaurant to eat.

We stayed here for one night while on the Via Di Francesco. It was a very beautiful & peaceful place and we were so warmly welcomed and cared for. The room was very comfortable, with beautiful gardens/outlook and the breakfast was perfect. We would highly recommend this place. Don’t let the distance from the centre put you out off, it was an easy and flat walk back into town.
