Peaceful, quiet area just outside of the town centre, only a 10 minute drive. And only a few minutes drive from the famous viewing spot above the city. The host was extremely kind and helpful and breakfast was beautifully laid out and lovely. The apartments were clean and fresh and very comfortable with stunning views and scenery.

This place is phenomenal! The rooms are comfortable and clean. The entire property is high quality, renovated with great taste. The hosts were extra kind and helpful, sharing superb guidance on the best way to explore Matera (which were extremely helpful and saved us a lot of efforts and time ensuring we don't miss anything) , as well as great advice on restaurants. The breakfast was exceptional : all home-made and delicious. Definitely a place we'd like to come back to for a longer stay :) . Recommend !

The best stay of our trip! Such a special place in the heart of the beautiful Matera. We were warmly welcomed after our taxi ride booked by the hotel. Anne explained us everything about Matera with great recommendations! She showed us to our beautiful room in an old matera house. The hotel has an amazing aesthetic that resonates well with the city. The breakfast is also very much appreciated with nice music.

Fantastic place with nice rooms and a beautiful view of the old city. Very central and close to everything. The breakfast was so delicious with a great selection of local specialties. The staff were all very friendly. Would definitely recommend!
