The hotel is good value for money. We had a comfortable clean room. We had been travelling a bit before arrival and I had forgotten body cream, it was the only hotel we had stayed at that offered body cream in the bathrooms. I was very thankful. The staff were lovely and helpful, from front desk to cleaning lady and serving crew.

This was an absolute gem of a hotel. Amazing view from the rooftop pool, great rooms and the best restaurant in town. The staff is wonderful!!! Always helpful and smiling. Not because they are trained to, but because they like people at their hotel. During our stay the staff quickly became like family. We had great times with Nadisha by the pool and the restaurant manager was the best host you could ever wish for. To be honest we would come back just for the pleasure of meeting the staff again. I travel over 50 times a year for work, not always with my wife and this was by far the best experience with staff I have ever had… The restaurant features delicious classic Italian dishes in a quiet and nice environment. Again the staff will go out of their way to make it and experience to remember. I recommend this place with all my heart.

Superb hotel! Friendly stuff! We could not expect such an amazing spa and pool Area! Breakfast was good and ambiance is excellent!

I like evrything , the location is perfect just 5 minutes walk from montecatini terme and centro, is so warm , so clean , so comfortable, the owner so kind "la mamma" and Jessica in the reception is so nice and helpfull , big and spacy room , new bathroom with perfect shower ,money wise .

The facility is maintained meticulously. The beds are so comfortable. The location is perfect for someone without a car. A 5 minute walk from the train station and so close to everything. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. Truly exceptional in every respect.
