this was a beautiful property with a wonderful balcony. Roberto could not have been more welcoming and helpful and his pride in his city was infectious. He added to our wonderful stay and we wish we could have stayed longer. great location close to train and the leaning tower. the added bonus was an included breakfast and most definitely the best coffee in town

Gracious architecture When we entered the house, we were overcome by its stateliness. Then we entered our room,,and we were met marble, sumptuous furniture and and all the lovely things we expect in a grand hotel. The rooms were immaculate. Franco and Assunta communicated with us even before we arrived, welcoming us with pieces of helpful. precise information.. Once in, they sent us a list of restaurants in town which they recommended. Their kindness will be remembered!

Everything was beautiful about our stay at this gorgeous b&b. I read the reviews before I booked and I can confirm they are accurate. On top of having a stunning property at the heart of Pisa, the owners seemed truly invested in serving our needs in the best way possible. Opening the windows of a spacious, tall-ceiling bedroom to see the narrow streets of the town below and then having delicious freshly-made breakfast in a wonderful little room with a fresco ceiling, gave our trip the Italian vibe we were looking for.

Great location, car park near the suite in house fenced backyard, very roomy. Two big rooms, high ceiling, private roomy bathroom, The siute makes meritime feeling with luxury of todays living. We felt secure, free and wellcomed. The space is peacefull. The breakfast was great and the owner offered as much espresso coffe as we wanted :-) He was very polite and hostile.

The location of this hotel is perfect. So accessible from the airport and central station using public transport (1+ bus) and right next to the square where the Leaning Tower is located. The hotel is in easy walking distance of all the sights of Pisa. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable and gave us some good ideas of where to visit and where to eat. There is a great cafe across the square from the hotel that is open all day with amazing food and drink. We had a triple family room on the first floor, which was large and comfortable with everything we needed (and more) for a short break. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a great size with a walk-in shower. We did not manage to enjoy the garden on this visit, as it was winter, but hope to return again in the spring!

We spent our first night here during our Tuscany trip and we loved it! Breakfast is great, the coffee too! The host was very kind and welcoming. We had a baby cot in the room when we arrived and the room has lots of space, plus the garden is amazing. The famous Pisa tower is only 10 minutes of walking away. Grazie!
