    Communication prior to travel was good. Upon arrival, we were greeted promptly by Alex, who was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The location was central. Close by to local restaurants and shops, and the train station a 13min walk, perfect for getting to Florence without the car. Parking was priced reasonably, but if you have a car bigger than a Honda H-RV, you may struggle to access it. The gateway is quite narrow. We had a lovely stay.
