Like many other guests we selected Otivm hotel for the location and fantastic terrace, but it is the staff that made us feel like we are on a visit to family! We arrived early in the morning and were immediately offered coffee on the terrasse to enjoy the view and make plans for the day.

Everything about our stay was amazing! The room was spacious, and we were provided with a baby crib, which was such a thoughtful touch. The bed was very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, and the breakfasts at the nearby café were absolutely delicious. The coffee there, known as one of the best in Italy, truly stood out. Overall, this trip was exceptional, and I would rate it very highly!

+ the location: close to everything: Pantheon around the corner, as well as 2 churches with wonderful Caravaggios, close to the Capitolean Museum, Forum Romanum, walking distance to Castel San Angelo, Camp Fiori & Trastevere, Quirininale + easy to reach from the railway station (express bus 40) + (surprisingly) really quiet + the balcony with view of the Pantheon is much bigger & better than on the booking.com photos, watching the sunset from the balcony with a crodino (or smth else) is just great + breakfast with an impressive selection of fruits and vegetables, very good croissants, plus: you can order omlette, scrambled eggs … + extremly nice and helpful staff

It was literally 1 min away from the Fontana the Trevi, we could walk everywhere in Roma from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was a 10/10! The room was comfortable and equipped with everything you could need for your stay! Just wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at this excellent B&B in a beautiful building in one of Rome's best neighbourhoods. Our room with ensuite bathroom, overlooking a courtyard, was quiet, very clean and even provided slippers. The breakfast buffet was generous and we loved the fact that we could indicate in advance which hot drinks and foods (croissants, omelettes et cetera) we liked to have. The nice man who ran the breakfast service on most days even offered us extra drinks on the spot. The location is absolutely perfect for visiting Rome and even for luxury shopping if that's what you're coming for. Another brilliant feature as that the stop where you can board the bus to Fiumicino Airport is very near, so no need to travel to the Termini Station first. The Residenza also offers a paid shuttle service to and from the airport.

Set in Rome, within 600 metres of Roman Forum and 700 metres of Coliseum, Il Monastero Collection provides free WiFi. Palazzo Venezia is 1 km away. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower.

Calm and good location, a little cozy corner in the city centre. Lovely stuff and nicely decorated rooms. Will definitely come back when we will be next time in Rome.
