Great atmosphere, beautiful garden with a lovely view, very clean room. Very good location too. Enjoying the complimentary breakfast in the garden was a perfect start of the day.

Villa is beautiful, rustic, very clean and comfortable and there is a large garden with a view of the city. Very good breakfast, the staff was so kind to serve it in my room. Private parking and train station is near.

Giacomo was so friendly and helpful, as was the rest of the staff. View was amazing. Breakfast was great. Easy distance from city centre, withing walking distance but very easy bus route into town.

Hosts were very helpful and the fresh baked breakfast was fantastic! The villa is beautiful with lots of old world charm, frescoes on the ceiling and antique furniture. The location is close to the old city (10 min walk) and there is free street parking outside the ZTL. Fantastic stay!
