Exceptional place, very relaxing away from noise and pollution. Situated over the hills with breath taking views. Lovely clean outdoor swimming pool. Owners are so warm, attentive and friendly. They produce their own goat cheese which is served for breakfast. Delicious breakfast. Parking on site. You can buy delicious local produce at Val del'Apsa which is on the way up to the property. It's just a 20min drive to Urbino. Spotless very clean room.

It was a lovely building deep in the countryside, very quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool was good,big enough for a real swim. Urbino is close by and is the main reason to visit.
