The pool was open - bit chilly still but lovely to sit outside and relax after sightseeing. The drivers we had from the hotel for airport transfers were excellent. Front desk / room service / housekeeping staff etc were also very friendly and helpful. Having a lounge area and kitchenette made the difference. Yehya and Rakkan made us feel right at home from the moment we checked in and made sure all our requests were immediately met. The room was incredibly spacious and fit 3 people very comfortably. The food quality was excellent. All staff we came into contact with with friendly, attentive and knowledgable. The hotel is beautiful, clean, welcoming and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere.
