We forgot to take the mobile battery while we check-out the hotel, but they helped to send us forgotten items to our next hotel in Sendai. AustraliaThis was a fabulous hotel! It was clean, spacious, had wonderful staff, and was in an excellent location for exploring Aomori. It was extremely well priced and exceeded our expectations. The amenities were also excellent and it made our experience in Aomori a very memorable one. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Room was the biggest hotel room in Japan we had ever seen. Amazing views. We also received a lovely gift of some local glasses.
