We love everything! Located at the station and on top of a shopping mall, very convenient. Everything was so clean and tidy. We love the toiletries. The lounge was really nice, too, since we had to wait for our train after checking out. There’s coin laundry which helped us a lot since we were traveling for a while. The staffs are able to speak multiples languages so that is a plus.

The accommodation, staff and location were all incredible! Super cozy rooms with a great common area. It was nestled in trees and fields full of flowers, and the owner was truly sweet. We really appreciated where it was situated - but we did have a car, and I know that made it much easier to travel between Furano and Biei which were both lovely! Extremely pleasant and would absolutely come back!
