The room was generous in Japanese standards. The location is to the west of the busy shopping area of Kyoto but not too far to walk to. The best part facility is definitely the public bath that is open form 15.00 to the following morning 10.00. Absolutely excellent. After a sweaty day outside it is amazing to soak in the hot bath and even in the morning it allows a relaxed start to the day.

Located 1 km from Sanjusangen-do Temple and less than 1 km from TKP Garden City Kyoto in the centre of Kyoto, Kyoto Takasegawa Bettei provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking.

One of our favorite hotels that we stayed in on our japan trip. In a very good location (2 minute walk from kyoto station and right in-front of a bus stop) with very helpful staff. Beautiful hotel and very clean. Highly recommend staying here whilst in kyoto

Had an excellent stay! Girls at the reception know English well, give plenty of information on the surrounding area, are very polite and accommodating. Room was spotless, and so are the other hotel facilities. Internal design is an interesting mix of a traditional style and modern conveniences
