Location is very central, close to most places of interest within walking distance. Staffs are great, went extra miles to ensure our stays are comfortable. Breakfast were delicious. We were even allowed to sit in and enjoy our breakfast even after breakfast time ends.

Next to the Dogo Onsen Main Building, it is about 5 mins walk from the Tram station. Onsen facilities were great and there were many activities at the Ryokan, wish there were more time for me to enjoy the onsen. Will definitely be back again.

best accomodation I’ve had in the whole 4 weeks of staying in japan. staff are attentive and polite, excellent onsite facilities - including onsen which I loved. beautifully decorated interior of hotel and the rooms, only stayed one night but wished I stayed longer. good location, excellent included breakfast - the emperor has stayed here so you know it must be good

Big room. Very spacious and value for money. But do note that is good only if you drive. There is basically nothing around the hotel. Breakfast was a big portion.
