Great family-owned place in Yudanaka. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. We especially liked the Kaiseki dinner and the private onsen. Free shuttle to the station and the monkey park.

Everything was great, very comfortable futons, sound of the river was calming in absolute silence of the town. P.S. Water pressure in the shower surprised me, the strongest water pressure I've experienced in my life.)

The room was larger than we had expected and the views we had were spectacular. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The dinner we ordered from the hotel was excellent. I used the bath facilities and, again, was wowed by the view from the outdoor bath. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Lots of original Japanese atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff. Tatami rooms were good size. Restaurant served good, simple meals and the bar supplied excellent Shiga Kogen beers and great coffee.

Just a 3 minutes’ walk from Yudanaka Station in Yamanouchi, Hotel Yudanaka features natural hot spring baths, and offers free Wi-Fi and parking. The tatami-mat flooring makes the rooms warm and cosy.

The room is spacious and Japanese style. The hotel just walk straight around 6 mins behind the tourist information centre, near to bus station and train station. They provide a free simple breakfast. (Bread and Drink) The onsen 👍

Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal.

Everything!! Superbbbb services from all staffs🙌, great facilities, yummy breakfast in Japanese style. The room is clean and big, also has a very big screen TV with Nintendo famicom!! The owner was very nice and helpful, he speaks English very well, he showed us all facilities in the ryokan, so so impressed with his service. The ryokan also has a shuttle service to the bus station. I would give 100 score out of 10 to this ryokan.

Hanaingen is an adult only accommodation situated in Kusatsu, just a 2-minute walk from Yubatake, or the hot water field in Kusatsu Onsen.

We liked everything! Such lovely hospitality! Fabulous breakfast! Really enjoyed the private Onsens! There are 4 that you can use anytime.

Amazing location - the Onsens are great. True Japanese experience in the traditional room and half board meal experience. Staff were wonderful too.

Perfect to go to the onsen when ever you want. The onsen is open from 15.00 to 11.00 next day. Shuttlebus to town goes twice every hour.
