New ZealandPrior to the Holiday Inn I stayed at a 4-star hotel in Seoul and a 3-star in Suwon, and based on the overall experience this is my favourite hotel to date!🤩
The staff were friendly and informative upon check-in, the room was superb and had everything I needed and more. It was the only hotel I've stayed in so far that has face cloths (flannels).
I loved the art work and self-playing piano in the lobby, as well as the available eateries. So impressed with this hotel!

There was netflix on the TV which is great because so many hotels force you to watch their crappy paid channels. Big thanks to Mr Max Lee at the concierge.
