Room was very spacious Location was awesome cos it was near shops,markets etc Even have a mini arcade/claw machine room. Staff had excellent service and was very helpful during our stay.

The staff is extremely nice. They all speak english and they help you with whatever you need (taxi, flight information, restaurant reservations and recommendations, etc.) The rooms look quite high end and are very clean. The shower pressure is very good. You get a clothes dryer / refresher machine in the room which comes in very handy after eating in a BBQ restaurant, since it eliminates all smell out of clothes. The location is also great. There is a grocery store right next door, along with a smoking area. The hotel has a car valet who parks your car in the garage for you and gets it out in 10 minutes after requesting it. You can pay for breakfast whenever you want, and the food is really good, with lots of choices. I really couldn’t recommend a better hotel! Absolutely amazing.

The booking included a 50% discount for the Nanta Theatre, which I could attend and it was such a fantastic experience by itself. The hotel has a convenience store from 7 to midnight, which is extremely convenient. I was traveling for a research visit at Jeju National University, I cannot recommend this place enough!

The staff were very friendly and helped me at all times. The location is very good, in terms of distance away from the airport, but there is also a bus stop opposite the hotel - easily accessible. There are many nice restaurants around, not to mention the ocean view.

We liked that it was just next to the ranch and the kids loved the ranch! On check out day, as the ranch was still closed, they allowed my kids to enter the ranch FOC to look at the animals (on good will) while the staff were still preparing the animals.

I like the location as it is not far from the International Airport. Pampas Hotel is near to Yongduam Rock. I visited Jeju during winter and the mattress is really comfortable. The receptionist is helpful even though they speak little English. Ample parking space some more with super reasonable price per room.
