- Great place, surrounded by nature. Loved hearing the birds singing all the time. - cool swimming pool - clean and new room, spacious (we stayed in one of the little houses). - nice breakfast and dinner (we had rice and curry). - very helpful. Arranged for us the Safari.

Great location and guesthouse. Beautiful garden with lots of shade. Dinesh, the host was incredibly helpful, give us loads of advice. We booked with him the climb to Pedirungala rock by sunrise and later that day a safari with loads of dif. animals. We got the most out of our stay in Sigiriya. Dinesh mom kooked a really nice dinner for us as well. Definitely will go again.

Clean room with stunning view of lions rock, great air conditioning. The breakfasts were delicious and different every morning. Had scooter or bike hire to get into town. The family were so lovely and cooked the best dinners. They even arranged a us a tuk tuk for a sunrise walk up Pidurangala Rock as well as a Safari. They also arranged us a drive to take us to our next location.

One of the most enjoyable homesays I've stayed at in Sri Lanka. The rooms are spacious and clean and they have really good hot water which I was so happy about! The owners are so kind and friendly. They can arrange to take you to places you want to visit with very good prices, much cheaper than outside. The breakfast is so fresh and delicious and their fruit plates are amazing. I've also heard that they cook amazing rice and curry but I didn't have enough time to try. There's so much nature around, I've seen peacokcs around the garden in the morning. Next to the rooms there is a river where you can sit on a hammock and enjoy the breeze and the sound of nature. A great experience overall!

Staying at Kuwera Eco Lodge was amazing - the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. The Sri Lankan curry night was one of the best we had on our trip and being surrounded by nature we saw many different types of birds, monkeys and squirrels whilst just sitting at breakfast. The room was fantastic with really comfortable beds and the pool was amazing to cool off after a day of hiking. While the hotel is a *little* out of town this really didn't impact our stay at all - everything is about a 10 minute TuKTuk ride away and the staff always helped organise us lifts to the restaurants or attractions nearby. Can highly recommend Kuwera Eco Lodge to anyone visiting Sigirya!

We had a perfect time in Saman's home stay. The room was clean, and breakfast was delicious. Saman and his family are super friendly. They gave us super advice about Sigiriya and arranged for us a reliable tuk tuk driver to Dambulla and Kandy. Saman's son dropped us to both rocks early in the morning when they couldn't find us a tuk tuk. They do everything to ensure their guest have a good time. 😊 100% recommended
