Thusara guest house is above all a beautiful place, at the end of a small corner of paradise. The room I occupied is a typical beach vacation room. There is space, it feels good! The bathroom, very large, hot water at will, inside the room, good bedding, silent air conditioning, on top, fan. And icing on the cake, a wifi, fast! :.) Here, it is above all a place where you like to come back and find a friend, with whom to share your day or more intimately, your life. Thusara, smiling, happy, jovial, always ready to help and advise the best corners. It is a pleasure to have met his wife, his children. The room is located 1 mn from the beach... a short way down... nearby, restaurants, bars... far enough away not to be disturbed at night. At your disposal, a small kitchen, fridge, electric kettle... the breakfasts are extra!! For experienced surfers, Mirissa beach and not far, Matara.. for beginners, 5 minutes by scooter, Weligama beach (turning point school was great). The top of the top... and even Muy Thai lessons nearby (ask at the restaurant on the beach run by a Frenchman). I advise, of course, Go for it!

Love this little spot and we would have stayed longer if we had the time! The hosts were lovely - they gave us some fresh mango when checking out. The room is spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The mosquito net worked great and there were no flies or bugs sharing the room with us!! Space for parking and fast internet. Would stay again.

Very nice hotel located in a quiet area, 10 minutes walk from the beach and the center. The room is spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom and has everything you need. Breakfast is very good and varied. However, the person who makes the stay there special is the owner, who is very kind and helpful. He recommended where to eat, how to get to different places, as well as agreed to early check-in and late check-out, for which we are very grateful. The price of the room is a bit higher compared to other accommodations we have used, but it is very visible in the standard and worth the price. We highly recommend it!

The hotel was beautiful. We got a free upgrade to the Sugar Suite which was amazing - hot tub in the bathroom, lots of space in the bedroom, separate walk in wardrobe area and small living room. The rooms were very clean and house keeping came daily. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke perfect English. They helped with our baggage and gave us suggestions on where to go. Breakfast was good, buffet style with both Sri Lankan and Western options.

Everyone was very friendly. I recommend rooms that have a sea view because they are significantly more comfortable and larger. The food is also very good, but I liked the location the most. I highly recommend
