Style and design of the room and whole hotel. Staff is well trained and friendly. I used to stay in various locations of Kempinski chain but Riga is one of the best taking into consideration high level of services, well maintained property, location and facilities. Moreover it is my fifth or six time in this particular hotel and always returning with pleasure.

This was one of the best apartments I rented on Booking. Incredibly clean and taken care of. Towels were fluffy, table set and it even had plants which made apartment very homey. And as a bonus - heating pad on the mattress, so you wouldn’t have to sleep in a cold bed ☺️

Absolutley amazing ! Awesome owners , everything was so clean and tidy , recomending this place 100% . We are planning to come back next year . We had a loveley evening with a hot tub and barbeque . Beautiful accomodation, nice design and very comfortable, best location in old Riga with many interesting buildings closeby. We stayed in huge suite on the 5th floor with a view towards the square and roof tops in the city. Right above on by the 6tf floor is the hall for an excellent breakfast

Nice hotel, friendly staff, awesome location in the old city, good air conditioning. This was the only hotel out of four we booked recently that met the quality criteria of the hotel description during booking. Nice breakfast, roof top terrace, and nice terrace on the front. When I had some special wishes the staff came to help in room very fast. Pool and sauna are ok. We really enjoyed it.
