When we arrived the flat we were taken to was not the same as in the booking photos and there were no opening windows in the bedrooms. However the lady that did our check in was very helpful and professional and moved us to another flat that was excellent. Her friendly and helpful approach made our day. The flat we finally stayed in was excellent. Quiet, very clean, very comfortable. The location of the hotel is ideal. Overall a perfect stay!

    Stunning interior, felt warm and safe. Loved the spa and the inclusive breakfast was a nice touch to the deal. Great location right in town, close to restaurants and has a nice space by the bar to have a drink and relax with friends, great when have own rooms. Staff were lovely and friendly.

    Super cosy room with beautiful views of the harbour. Very comfy bed. LOVE having a bath which I specially requested. I enjoy the low sensory vibe of the place - the low lighting in the hallways and no strongly scented cleaning products. Very relaxing for me. Enjoyed a lovely cheeseboard and wine in the lounge dining area - felt welcoming and was very chilled out for a person eating on their own. Singer/musician there for 'cocktail hour' was a nice touch.
