Room Service ( food ) was quick & well prepared although I thought the coleslaw could have been a bigger portion. staff were super attentive . I like that access to the hotel was controlled as the hotel is in close proximity to the (in)famous Walking Street. I likd that the quality of the hotel actually "caught me by surprise" and after many years traveling to the Phillpines I am sorry i did not find this GEM of an HOTEL sooner.

Very big room and design was very nice. Deep purple as a theme which was calming and comfortable. Roof pool and bar/restaurant we good.
