The service was exceptional and flawless. Book this hotel if you want to experience Boracay at a whole other level. They take care of you from the airport to your hotel. The staffs are fast and very accommodating. Most of all, their awesome beach butlers automstically hand you towel and water after you get up the beach or pool. Not to mention, they also takr very good photos and videos along the beach.

Everything's went smoothly from the airport transfers to accommodation, and vice versa. The staff are hospitable, very welcoming, nice, and kind, especially the one who assisted us during check-inprocess and the two housekeeping ladies Jilyn and Aya who've made our room looked like our first day. The experience was indeed over the top, and we would love to go back again.

Lovely staff, great room, comfortable bed. The bathroom door handle fell off when I touched it so they fixed it immediately when i told them. There's a short walk to the beach and the other hotel with a rooftop pool. The cocktails were cheap and buy 1 get 1 free.

The service was 5-star. The staff were so friendly; every single member of staff greeted you with a genuine smile and always willing to help. The room was really comfortable with a great ocean view. The beds were really comfy. The location was not too far from downtown of you wanted to venture out; there was a free shuttle bus that took you there and back. Food at the hotel was delicious with a great variety offered at breakfast. Dinner by the beach was our favourite with a stunning sunset view and live music on the beach. The hotel had two private beaches with a selection of water activities offered. We particularly loved the kayaking and the sunset sailing. All in all, this hotel is highly recommended. We will definitely be back!
