The Staff was amazing, I stayed there for my birthday and they went above and beyond to make it a special day, I couldn't thank enough Diogo Mila and Allan Diogo ! The overall experience was incredible : the decorations, the service, the spa, the wine/ cheese tasting, the breakfast, the comfort of the rooms... It was a memorable stay, I highly recommend.

The breakfast was varied and delicious and the coffee was great. The staff is very friendly and attentive and gave us valuable advice about the city and the area where the hotel is located. Room was fantastic. Had everything you could possibly need for one night or even a week! Loved the bedroom, bed was large and firm - no dips in the bed! Staff showed us to our room and took care of us from the beginning. Breakfast was great, too. Cute little restaurant downstairs that even had a lot of people there for dinner the night before. Service was attentive and food was good as the food had a Jamaican flair.

The whole experience was awesome. Location, rooms, breakfast and distance to the city centre...everything was great. And the staff - they were the nicest people I saw in a long time. Helpful, smiling and full of great energy. Not to mention, that the property manager spoke a bit Slovak! :)
