The design of the hotel is fantastic! The rooms are beautiful and clean, thanks to housekeeping twice a day! Thanks for the little attention on our pillows ;) Charles and his bold collegue (don’t know his name, sorry) at the reception are doing an amazing job. And last but not least Jorge, responsable for breakfast, runs from left to right to make sure everybody is happy and presentation of the food is up to standard. He was very helpfull to us and our baby! Congrats to the entire The Vine staff.

Solar da Bica is a cosy and tranquil retreat. This comfortable guest house faces the mountains and has green natural surroundings. The Solar features accommodation in rooms and an apartment.

Loved Solar da Bica. The staff there are wonderful, the room was great. The breakfast was excellent, and I liked that they changed things up a little every morning. The sauna and pool was a real treat after a long day hiking. We also loved the little tuck shop in the reception where you could buy beers!

Everything- the staff were wonderful and attentive, the location peaceful but convenient for the city and most of all the facilities/ breakfast etc was all top notch!

excellent central location next to the cathedral. the staff was great, starting with Priscila a sunshine welcome and treatment and very helpful in all matters, then Juan arranging the late changes and tour, as well as Ana making popcorn 🍿 and her big smiles. breakfast is rich and changing daily some fruits or way of making the eggs. we love It we also enjoyed a fado night at the terrace. Superb All in all, it is fully recommended in all senses.

Location was exceptional! Breakfast & the staff were great! The room was really nice.
