Very nice and clean room and common area in a lovely garden. The staff is really friendly and the food delicious, we had most of the evenings dinner here. Can recommend the pension for a stay on la Digue!

We loved everything about Cabanes! Location is perfect - short walk to the village, stores, restaurants and jetty (port). The room was spacious as well the bathroom, really calm and clean! Nadine - manager was really helpful! The whole staff was friendly! Their breakfast was simple but omg - so tasty - try out their papaya smoothie with oats or cooked oats! Would definitely stay there again!

The accomodation is one of the best I have ever been. So luxury! And very cute details: a welcome drink, welcome plate fruit, wet towels (for hot weather) etc. The staff is extremly kind and the whole place is magical!

Overlooking the Indian Ocean, Le Repaire features a small outdoor pool and elegant rooms.

Hotel is located very close to ferry (~700 m which is walking distance). They sent a car to meet us which was very helpful. Also, they helped to deliver luggage back to ferry. Beach near hotel is not the best, but there is a very nice “Anse Source d'Argent” beach rather close (2 km). You need to pay for the entrance around 10$, cause it’s more like a park with lots of sightseeing, beaches, giant turtle zoo, etc. There is a very nice Italian restaurant at the hotel (I heard that one of Chefs is Italian – specifically for Pizza!!! – NICE!) I tried some cocktails at the bar. They have very good selection with some local specifics: e.g. La Digue Ice Tea instead of Long Island Ice Tea … 😊 PS We left the hotel early in the morning and didn’t come back, expecting luggage at the ferry. To my surprise I met a reception lady which rushed her best to return 5000 $ that I forgot in the safe … (facepalm hard) My bad, I don’t remember her name … ☹ But thanks a lot!!!

La Digue Island Lodge has its own diving centre on Anse Reunion Beach. A sun terrace overlooking the ocean sits by the pool with swim-up bar.

Super place. Very friendly staff, good location on the paradise island! We had very good time there. I left my wallet in the room, they called me, and sent it to Mahé for free. Huge large mega thanks to Kamal!

The property is on a side road, away from the main road. Over the weekend there may be some noises from the football club close-by. The Manager asked them politely to turn down the noise, but of course they must also celebrate and have fun! We enjoyed the beautiful lush gardens very much. As we love animals, it was very pleasant and relaxing to wake up to bird songs. We also loved all the different dogs and cats that came to visit randomly
