We were very fortunate to get an upgrade to an apartment and this felt really big, with cooking facilities too. We got the room upgrade, the room was new and perfectly clean, very nicely decorated, with very comfortable beds, great coffee and lovely cosmetics. It also had a big balcony with a castle view. We felt like in a 5 stars hotel. The breakfast was rich and tasteful and the hotel location is very central.
