Location, facilities, staff, breakfast. We were leaving early and they were incredibly helpful to organise a taxi and prepare breakfast early prior to our departure. The chimney in the small bar area is a cosy touch to a property that overlooks the town. The terrace was great to have a drink in the evening.

It is best to drive, else need to walk 1.2km from the train. Room is spacious and clean, with complete amenities (except toothbrush and paste). One can leave the luggage before check-in and after checkout. The reception is at 3rd floor. The staff is friendly & able to converse in English. There are lifts, which are good for those with big luggage. Breakfast from 0700-1000hr & dinner 1800-2130hr. Both are buffet style, with good varieties. There is a 50m swimming pool, plus a smaller pool. I especially enjoyed with thermal pool to soak and relax. Overall very happy to stay here.

The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, offering helpful tips during our stay. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The property is located near popular attractions and the Tatra Mountains. In addition it is only short walk to the center of Poprad where you can find great food and drinks.
