Staff were so lovely and kind, especially the two that carried bags at reception, so smiley and lovely. Having pool access in the heat was a real luxury. We even swam at night to cool ourselves down. The main pools close at 8, however you have free access to your own pool which was lovely and quiet, and lit up until around 10pm. Food at the hotel restaurant was excellent.
