my favorite hotel!. the pool access room is amazing, very pretty! the pool is clean the pool bar is pricey but good. this is a beautiful hotel, especially in the night. the room service is great! (especially the mango sticky rice). all the stuff are english speaker and very helpful. the breakfast is fresh have international and non (more thailand style) the hotel is quite with very comfy big beds ( dont forget to turn on the stars above the bed!) I am really recommend it as it was a great hotel and super unique one

The property is located to every amenity possible one could want in Phuket the grounds it self is stunning on arrival you will be greeted with waterfalls and a beautiful setting the gardens plants and ponds with fish are all kept immaculate condition. Food was outstanding but the stay was so friendly and very welcoming I would highly rate this property for everyone thank you to you all for making our stay memorable. 5⭐️ will be visiting again

Staff was kind and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. We appreciated the beach bag of the room and generous amount of beach towels. Breakfast was very good and loads of stuff to choose from. We loved the crispy bacon and the Eggman. =) Great pool areas,especially the mini waterpark where our 1,5 year old boy loved to be.

Amazing hotel! The most beautiful pool! The place is full of trees with flowers. Food from the restaurant is very good, prices are like in all the other restaurants from Kata. Breakfast was maybe a little repetitive, but you can always find something to eat. There were eggs, sausages, rice and chicken, vegetables, pancakes, fruits, cakes and biscuits, juices and coffee, dry fruits, etc. The cleaning was made daily. We had a lot of towels, even beach towels, slippers and a beach bag. They put bottled water in the room daily, free of charge. The transport till the beach (or town) is assured by theme all they long.

The hospitality of the staff was excellent. During check-in, we were served cold refreshments, ice cream, and cold towels. They upgraded our room to their executive suite with an ocean view, which was very kind of them. The room, toilet, towels and bed linens were very clean. The location was within walking distance of Kata Beach, restaurants, pharmacies, mini-marts, and shops. Definitely exceeded our expectations and was great value for money.

    I recently stayed at The Palmery Resort and had a wonderful experience. The overall stay was enjoyable, and the highlight was undoubtedly the pool. It was not only impressive in size but also impeccably clean, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Our room had direct access to the pool, which was fantastic and added an extra level of convenience and luxury to our stay. I highly recommend this resort for a comfortable and refreshing getaway.

    Lovely hotel situated 5 mins walk from Kata beach. The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for you, always checking everything is OK. We had one or two minor issues that were dealt with quickly and efficiently and was given a lovely bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The breakfast was nice with a good choice of hot/cold dishes plus egg station and was open 6-11am which is great. Both pools were really nice to relax in and we always managed to find sunbeds. We would definitely stay here again.

    Beautiful hotel. We got a free upgrade to the Honeymoon Suite which was an incredible room. The staff were always polite and happy to help. The pool was great with a few layers and a view of the ocean from the top. The bottom of the hill had great access directly to a lovely white sand beach or lots of shops and restaurants.
