Airport pick up was a very good idea, they picked me up after midnight Room was sparkling clean and fresh, coffee/ tea facility in a room. Staff were very friendly.

I stayed here twice, its located near the airport and shuttles are provided at a very cheap price. The decoration of the hotel is lovely, the staffs were very helpful and friendly. You can also walk 10 mins to the Paseo shopping mall and the street food market. I and my family enjoyed our stay and I’ll definitely go back to stay here next time. Highly recommended.

The old world theme of the resort is actually really cool and exotic! I love it. It's not creepy or weird as some of the reviews wrote, 😅 but then such architecture and design can be an acquired taste? The style of this resort is soooo my thing. So I was happy staying there

Fantastic room. We had 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, balcony with Jacuzzi and a washing machine. The hotel is located in a golf course so it is very quiet which is not common in Bangkok. The staff was very friendly and eager to help with our requests.

We stayed in this lovely hotel already 2 years in a row, always very satisfied with it. This year though, we were extremely happy that we chose this hotel. My husband had an accident, and we contacted the reception and they were amazing- they called us a taxi, brought us to a nearby hospital and one of the reception employees called Day stayed there with us the whole time to make sure we get all the help we need. Nobody wanted any money neither for the taxi or for staying with us in the hospital. When we came back to the hotel, there was a fruit basket in our room, wishing my husband a speedy recovery. We couldnt believe how thoughtful and amazing the people in this hotel were. A BIG THANK YOU! We really appreciate all the help from Day and also from the rest of the hotel.
