Liked everything and how all the amenities and activities were located close to the hotel and shuttle buses being provided. Especially loved having Starbucks coffee everyday and unlimited drinks. Workers were great, helpful and professional.

All the staff are kind and friendly. What's especially great is that there are plenty of activities to satisfy everyone from children to adults! It's also nice to see the friendly relationship between the staff. The grounds are spacious and well-maintained. Cleaning is also thorough. Also, although I didn't expect it, there are many well-groomed cats on the hotel grounds. The kittens are especially cute, and they are all friendly and soothing!

Great facilities, beautiful gardens and an extensive pool landscape with several pools. The water park is fantastic. Service is very friendly. Food and drinks are varied and of good quality. Beginning of May the weather was pleasant and the hotel wasn’t very busy, I’d say that’s a great season to visit. It was a great experience for us.
