Absolutely lovely hotel. So much eye for detail, and the host was so kind and overwhelmed us with information where we could eat, hang out - specifically to our wishes. Breakfast was also perfect. Great to taste Taiwanese cuisine also in the morning

Cash & Rebecca amazing hosts. Telling you all the best places to eat & things to do. Really tasty 😋 home-made breakfasts each morning 🌄 They also sorted out a driver for us for a tour of Taroko Gorge and scenic sights. His name was Peng & he was great too. Facilities are great. Room is spacious. Location is very convenient. Literally 5 minutes walk to the bus station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I flushed toilet paper by mistake and the staff helped resolve the issue immediately.

Very nice location in the center of hualien, 5 minutes walking from the train station. The owner is very responsive and helped me to find a bike even if I didn't have an international driving license. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. I recommend.
