When you wait for the hotel shuttle at the airport, you are among other people waiting for different hotels. Lots of people had been waiting 45 minutes to an hour, but when asked, someone said they had already seen the Crowne Plaza shuttle. From there I only had to wait about 20 minutes, so their shuttle really does run every half hour. Driver was very friendly and helpful. Very clean, very quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent stay!

Very kind and professional staff - we had an issue with our credit and debit cards during check-in (transactions declined by the bank). Quite stressful for us, especially that it was 1 am and our small kids were almost asleep on the lounge sofa. the staff were very polite, still allowed us to check in even if our cards didn’t work, advised us to contact the bank and come back with payment next morning. It all worked in the end, very grateful for their kind and professional attitude

This was a last-minute booking and recommended by Air Canada, due to our connecting flight to Montreal being canceled, this was an excellent experience. They gave us complementary bottled water and Double Tree cookies, they were amazing!!! We had a King room and my wife really enjoyed the bathtub to soak and relax. Luckily the bistro was still open for dinner and we had great burgers. Thank you!

Close to the expressway & all industrial neighbourhoods. Well maintained & serviced. Free parking. Most importantly, some of the nicest staff I’ve come across on my trips to the US.
