Everything was great. Appeared "value for money" after coming from Maui to Honululu (Maui is highly over-priced..!!). They also play great music in the after hours in the lobby area..its a refreshing change. All staff was super helpful and smiling.

Staying at Halekulani was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is elegant, peaceful, and beautifully located right on Waikiki Beach. My room was spotless, with an ocean view that took my breath away every morning. The staff were outstanding — always kind, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. Every detail, from the fresh flowers to the evening turndown service, made the stay feel special. The fact that there’s no resort fee is a rare bonus in Waikiki, and it made the experience feel even more generous. The pool, restaurants, and spa were all top-notch. This hotel is in a good location if you don't plan on using a car but just going to the beach and walking around the area. There is a military museum right next to the hotel as well as lots of shops and cafes. The room we had was spacious and comfortable with a great selection of TV channels, of course if you're staying in a hotel room although I don't think anyone would stay in a room when in Hawaii. Even though we were on a lower floor and the room faced the street we didn't hear too much noise. The room was clean and had everything you needed to cook basic meals, a small kitchen with everything you need. The pool is ok but you have to be careful if you're not a swimmer as one part is shallow and then you go straight into the deeper part. The gym is small but has everything you need to stay in shape. You also have a barbecue area which I highly recommend as you can have a barbecue with your family and enjoy the view of the park. The hotel staff are excellent and all praise for them. If all hotels had such smiling and helpful staff, no hotel guest would ever be dissatisfied with the service. They deserve all the praise and a pay raise.

It was an amazing hotel with so many classes and facilities. It’s also just across the road from the beach. We were celebrating our 25th. Wedding anniversary and the desk as very kind to give us a card and a basket of treats.

Just 5 minutes’ walk from Waikiki Beach, Hilton Garden Inn Waikiki Beach is located adjacent to shopping and dining areas. An outdoor swimming pool is featured onsite.

Hilton Garden Inn is the perfect place to stay in Waikiki! We were originally going to book at a hotel on Kalakaua, I'm glad we didn't! its way too crazy busy. Although Kuhio Ave is still busy, its nice coming back after a long day away from the hustle & bustle and being greeted by such amazing staff. The location is perfect! market across the road, all the yummy food close by, marketplace is there for all your shopping, bus stops just outside, Holoholo cafe was a treat and had THE BEST COFFEE in Waikiki! Rooms were always cleaned well, pool was amazing (and not too crazy busy). I would definitely stay again.
