Amazing staff who go above and beyond. I traveled to Niagara Falls by train. They were no taxis at the station. Contacted hotel who arranged a taxi to pick me up. You can get free cookies anytime from reception

It is close to Niagara Park and main water fall . Quite big comfortable room than we expected . Very friendly front office staff . Next time should spend more days for sure !!

Amazing place to stay and staff were really lovely. We got a free room upgrade to a river view room which was nice. Breakfast was good and the staff were really helpful- they have waffles, bagels, toast and cereal

Comfortable and big room, gym (water dispenser), pool, use of washing machine and tumble dryer (free of charge). Located at 7 minutes from the falls. At the reception they sell some food that could be heat in the microwave (at the room) and some basic medicines (which were of big help because I got sick during my trip).
