We were very comfortable in Suite 123, overlooking Shore Road. This two-level accommodation was spacious, light-filled, with up-to-date amenities. We especially appreciated the comfy king-size bed, bay window dining area, colorful new living room couch and carpet, rugs throughout the apartment, and our private terrace.

This is literally the nicest hotel , the rooms was ready early so we could book in. The hotel itself was so clean and modern . The female reception staff in the daytime were absolutely lovely and professional, as we're the male staff in the evening, . Amazing people . The room was huge in main building, comfortable bed , great bath/ shower. Air con and a fan there were choices and it had everything you needed . A coffee maker despite having access to drinks in reception and water . Two pools one 16 plus yes this one was small , but it was perfect being quiet. but the hot tub was really hot like a hot tub should be. Open till 10 and a gym . The breakfast was perfect and the lovely female breakfast staff member who was so friendly and warm . This Hotel and it's staff are top quality. I really don't want to leave today .

The staff on reception were friendly and helpful and we appreciated the thoughful touch of having tea and coffee provided in reception all through the day. We changed rooms for the second night after a family member left and this was made very easy by being able to leave our packed suitcases in the room to be moved during the day. It was nice and close to the Marginal Way and the pool and spa pool were lovely too.

Location perfect for places we go from Kittery to Kennebunkport. Upgrades since last year's visit are awesome. Staff always friendly and helpful. Always check first for availability for any trip to area.

We were greeted at check in by Kristin who was wonderful. She was very pleasant and upgraded our room. She was very helpful and eager to make our stay wonderful. All the facilities including our room were very clean and comfortable.

Loved the deco, the tidy, lovely suites. Especially the lighting and organization. The staff were very helpful and pleasant when checking us in /out of the hotel. The pool is perfect for a relaxing moment and opening hours were ideal.

It was one of the most relaxing vacations. We barely left the premises because everything was right there, pool,jacuzzi, ocean views. The resturant on the grounds was exceptional. We ate a lunch and two dinners there and we were not disappoint. Drinks were delicious with a fair price. Staff was incredibly helpful and the restaurant was spotless. All food was fresh and cooked to perfection. We can’t wait to come back and stay longer.
