The staff and service were amazing, special thanks to Jackson, Carrera and Lauren who were the epitome of customer service and front desk. The location is excellent, a short walk from many tourist attractions including Space Neelde, MoPop and Chihuly gardens, all worth a visit especially with the CityPass. The bed was pretty good too. The hotel bar was friendly and a nice place to wind down for a couple of hours after a long day out. Yes! I would stay here again.

Pretty much everything parking was easy and it was a great place to stay centrally located to where we were going.

The staff were so friendly! I felt welcomed and any questions were answered quickly. I needed a later check out due to work commitments and they were so accommodating. Then I was able to continue working in their downstairs lobby area. The room was very comfortable.

I loved Gladys! Thank you so much for upgrading us and being the most delightful person to greet us on our arrival. We had a lovely stay in the big room with the lovely bed and everything was so nice. We had tea brought up to us and the staff was very helpful. Would stay here again if I come to Seattle again for sure.
