Lovely hotel and lovely staff. The staff is really focused on make you stay enjoyable and out of stress. Tracy helped us on each thing during our stay and prior to our arrival communication was also fluid. Location is perfect, with places to eat, visit, and all you need around. Few meters from the lake. Breakfast is very good, served on a great place and with many options, also local and occidental. Our room was comfortable, clean and with a very good bed.

We arrived late evening and was greeted and assisted promptly to the check-in desk. The check-in process was brief and courteous. The location is excellent, it is within 5 minutes walking to the night market, street food vendors, water-puppet theater, bus hop for city tours. The room is clean.The staff was very friendly and helpful even when we were leaving, assist us to load our luggage to the taxi.I would definitely go back there if I ever go back to Hanoi
